What to Expect When You Arrive.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Bring a water bottle. No preparation required — just show up exactly as you are.

You'll lie down (or sit, if you prefer) fully clothed, supported with blankets and bolsters. The space is warm, dimly lit, and held.

Just listen.

Paula guides you through breathwork, then plays a layered soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, and tuned frequencies. No talking required from you.

Frequently Asked.

Do I have to talk or share anything?
No. Unlike talk therapy, this is a fully somatic experience. You don't have to explain anything or relive any story. Your body does the work — all you have to do is receive.
Is this religious or spiritual?
Sound therapy is rooted in science — vibration, frequency, and the parasympathetic nervous system. Whether you bring a spiritual lens or not, your body will respond. Paula's approach honors both the clinical and the sacred without pushing either.
What do I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing. You'll be lying down (or seated) for most of the session, fully clothed and supported by blankets and bolsters.
Will I "feel" anything during the session?
Most clients feel a deep wave of calm within the first 10–15 minutes. Some experience tingling, warmth, emotional release, or a sense of "lightness." Some fall into a sleep-like state. Everyone's nervous system responds a little differently — there's no wrong way to experience it.
How often should I come?
One session offers real relief. Three sessions (the Transformation Package) creates lasting change in how your nervous system holds stress. Most clients find a rhythm of monthly or bi-weekly sessions after their initial package.
Is this safe if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?
Sound therapy is gentle and non-invasive, but please let Paula know in advance if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or any serious medical condition so she can adjust your session accordingly. As a board-certified NP, she takes safety seriously.
Are sessions in-person or virtual?
